The sea Great swimming pools Nice personel A bit far away from activities but ok

Food is not great and always same Please do not try to do European food but go for Egyptian food instead Also dessert are always same and not tasty and varied More pancakes would be a plus also during the day

No food varieties available. Same food for lunch & dinner everyday; same pasta & rice, same vegetable sautee, even the 3 or 4 kinds of desserts are repeated every meal

I like the hotel room with the nubian style , the staff were nice and they wanted to help , and food was good but no so many varities .

Nothing but Beach has rocks so you ve got to buy beach shoes .

Very friendly staff, clean room with lovely big bathroom, all places(hotel) clean , low variety of food but tasty, amazing sea, local shops just few mins from hotel, lots of sunbeds around swimming pools and on beach

Very hard mattress, not enough fruits on meals, 40 mins by taxi from airport, I wanted double bed room but they told me, they don't have any room with double bed available but this time hotel had filled up around 30 rooms and capacity is around 450 rooms

good place thatcould be much better with minor changes

food in general was ok. The bakery quality could be better. Dealing of the stuff was generally good. The beach is fantastic, water was crystal clear with fish all around. I have to thank for the valet-parking

Dealing of the guy with the big mustache in the front- pool bar( blue bar) was really bad with us despite his kindness with the foreign guests. this discrimination really bothered us. The insects especially mosquitos, and ants were troublesome. I have booked 2 triple and one double room and when we arrived after long journey they told us that the booking is for 4 adults.I tried to explain how to book 3 rooms for 4 adults and a child, but eventually they asked for 2100 ponds and we had to pay.

The beach for its location and the hotel pools

The wifi didn't work and in our room there was no range either. There had to be a variety of more fruits and sometimes we didn't find the food well.

Location, food was good and fresh , activities was good as well

Lack of training for the reception staff ( information must be accurate and straightforward) and room service must be trained not to open the room doors while guests in the room !!! Happen for me while my wife was in the room and with my female neighbor guest 3 times ... this is not acceptable they must respect privacy and must show politeness to people who may be sleeping or changing or even naked ... and his reply was disappointing , he said u have to put don’t disturb !!!!!!! Then other wise our privacy if free for them ...

The animation team is so much amazing and very professional The location also is lovely Also the food is very good and the variety is good and delicious as well

The receptionist called Ahmed was very aggressive and dealt with me with a very bad and not accepted way When I booked my property the payment terms was "PAY AT THE PROPERTY" but they insisted to take 50 % of the total fees one week before check in and the total amount at the arrival day and refused to pay at the last day while checking out with very bad way

Is it really a Dream Resort at MarsaAlam ?

The Staff and animation team are brilliant they made my stay enjoyable . Every one starting from Mohamed Aly at the house keeping to the main Restaurant staff Al khatib &Ahmed Kamal . They were so kind and helpful Budi & Chiko and valtour team all were amazing

I Booked garden and pool view room And that was clearly written in my reservation. But when I checked In , the front desk manager informed that they don't have my room available!! They only have a back row, far room!! It was a clear infraction of the booking rules! I had to accept because I did not have any other option. The disappointing thing that they did not even offer me any complementary compensationfor this fatal mistake like any other reputable chains .

Main Restaurant have only door so you have to walk a lot just to enter the restaurant, my parents suffered a lot from walking just to enter the restaurant keeping in mind that their age is only 70.

A disappointment

*Beautiful location and access to beach with *good snorkeling *Several pools and plenty of sunbeds *Plenty of activities and a good diving center *Cleaning staff was very nice (especially Whalid!)

*The website says there’s WiFi at the rooms, but there is not. Only at the reception area and a bit in the restaurant. Still very slow. *The food was poor at best. Similar to school canteen food. *The drinks was very limited. The bartenders didn’t speak English and couldn’t do the most standard drinks. Everything was served in paper cups. We gave up getting drinks and just went for cola instead. *we had all included but they did not include fresh orange juice in the mornings. They charged extra for that. *At any public space there were salesmen trying to get you to book a tour or spa. They came up to us several times an hour and really bothered us. *The pharmacist in the same building is ripping people of. He wanted 540 EGP for medicin worth 20 EGP retail. We talked to the general manger of the hotel but he wouldn’t help until we called the police to press charges (It’s illegal to overcharge for medicin in Egypt). *The staff was generally pretty rude and dismissive (especially the reception and general manager). We had several problems with broken things in our rooms and it took two days for them to give us a room fairly whole. Not to mention that they took no responsibility for the lack of WiFi they advertised or the pharmacist ripping people of in their in building.

Really bad hygiene

The bathroom was really good.

The hygiene was really bad, the wash the glasses from the pool bar with there hands! The sisha was nog clean and the food was terrible. My gf and I got sick during the first night. We don’t recommend this resort!

Discrimination against Egyptian from the Italian company's Egyptian staff (wonder not the Italian team). Discrimination from hotel management when give Egyptian Yellow wrist hand and any other nationality a blue one.. If it is for some extra service then should the yellow color people should pay less which is not true we paid much more than the blue people (sorry for coloring the people but you did not me). Discrimination from the diving center, where we booked same trip as blue people pay same amount but they use amazing boat while us transferred with other group away from our hotel guests using a less quality boat and services. Food is not well made with a poor variety using a cheap materials. Lobby bar staff was rude, except a young man called Ali.
